What is Omnitrack's auto-refill order?

After you installed OmniTrack and add one or multiple pixels, the app will automatically monitor and compare the number of Purchase events sent via OmniTrack to a third-party platform (e.g., Facebook) on a daily basis with your Shopify order volume that day. Suppose the number of Purchase events sent to the third party on a monitored day is lower than the Shopify store's Order volume. In that case, OmniTrack will correctly resend the missing Purchase event to the third-party platform using the Order ID.

Of course, that doesn't usually happen. However, to ensure that the event will not be missed due to force majeure when it is sent to a third-party platform, OmniTrack provides this automatic refill capability.
